BOOKINGS
A 50% deposit is required to book and confirm your treatment which will go towards the total cost of your service and is non-refundable.

NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Late arrivals that prevent completing the treatment may also lead to cancellation, forfeiting your deposit, and potentially incurring a rescheduling fee.

RESCHEDULING
To reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Insufficient notice or failure to attend without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new 50% deposit will be required to book again.

PATCH TEST
It is your responsibility to book a patch test for applicable treatments.
If you do not book a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and booking fee retained.
