Booking Policy
Please read the following booking policy carefully before securing your appointment.
Important Information
Semi-permanent makeup is a bespoke treatment. Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Full guidance will be provided during your consultation and appointment.

A free 15-minute phone consultation is available if you would like to discuss your brow goals, suitability, or ask any questions before booking.
An in-person consultation is also available if you prefer to meet before proceeding. A £10 refundable deposit is required to secure this appointment, which is refunded upon attendance.

If you are ready to book,
A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment
This includes your postal patch test (if you are not attending an in-person consultation)
Once paid, your patch test will be posted out to you
Your appointment date will then be arranged

The £10 in-person consultation fee is refunded upon attendance
The £50 booking deposit is deducted from your treatment
The £50 deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of an allergic reaction to the pigment following the patch test

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations, reschedules with less than the notice period, late arrivals that prevent your treatment, or no-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee.
To rebook, a new booking fee is required.
